Otherwise for a pure toy car I'd like a FF cobra.

I'm really starting to get the itch to collect. 95 cobra R's are stupid cheap for a car they made 250 of. I'd love a 93 cobra. A fox saleen would be nice, along with a mint lower mile coupe, a LE vert, a lightning, etc. Hell, for 45k I'd probably own three cars of they were toys. You can buy a decent FF running for low 20's, that leaves enough for a 03 cobra.

I will say, I don't really like my GT500. I liked my 03 cobra more. The 500 is refined to a level that takes the enjoyment out of driving.

I'm not a viper fan, but that is a great example of a raw car. You feel everything, power delivery is far from smooth, almost like turning a light switch. I liked that about them, but I don't know if I'd ever own one.

I would find a used BMW 335xi coupe in the 6 speed manual option and have a little to add some performance upgrades.

I drove my buddy's 328xi 6speed manual over the weekend and it was phenomenal. It was easily the greatest handling car I have ever driven.

There was one corner, in particular, that I had taken in our 2010 Jeep unlimited at a butt puckering 40 mph. I came into the corner in the BMW at around 58 and exited at 80+. If I had more time behind the wheel, I would have felt comfortable touching 95 or better. This car just would not leave me feeling like I was stepping over the line.
