As I posted in the Four Loko thread, TILT is a joke. I slammed a blue TILT and followed it with a beer. And it yielded nothing. Not even the slightest buzz. I quite literally laughed out loud about the exaggerated non-sense I've heard about these types of drinks. And I had an empty stomach.
Fancy bottles and marketing gimmicks grabs peoples attention. At the end of the day, it's junk.
If you want to actually get drunk. Start with this. Straight in a shot glass, not diluted down in drinks like a candy ass.
