Well, you should always be careful who you shoot.

Example, lets say you fired at 6 people with 6 rounds. I suspect you'd have to defend against them all.

Now, you're going to have a whole lot of witnesses is a situation like that - who will claim everyone was just eating cotton candy and skipping around. So w/o clear video evidence that you shot and hit/killed those people while your life was threatened, you'll probably be hating life.

Hell, even if there is clear video evidence you're screwed from a financial point of view.

I'm not saying I would not take the shots if by myself - hell with the wife and/or kids I think I'd either do the drive off thing or otherwise defend them. My point is though, you're going to lose either way....

-If you don't defend yourself, you could get royally screwed
-If you do defend yourself and are no-billed - you'll still be out a lot of money and time
-If you do defend yourself and are deemed to have over-reacted (whether true or not) you're in jail

...however, only being there can tell you if it's worth the liability or not.

edit: Even though I did not clearly state this - it really sucks when you're screwed no matter what you do. It's retarded when people can't behave like they should, start up a situation and then whine about it.
