Kristie is a real sweetheart. She's a mom of four kiddos 3-13, active in the community, and is one of those rare people who will go out of their way to help everyone that comes in her life. Tim and Kristie are really, really good people.
She's fighting stage 4 breast cancer, and her treatment options, at this point, are exhausted to the point of trying a treatment in Houston that isn't covered by insurance. The cost of treatment will run approximately $30,000, but they have to come up with $10,000 initially to start this treatment, within a small window of opportunity.
Please take a look at the giveforward account that has been started for her benefit. I know that many of us are tapped out financially at this point, between back-to-school, and life in general. Even the smallest amount is greatly appreciated, but more importantly, even if you can't afford to donate, please, pass it along through facebook, or whatever means you can, so she can have one more shot at being around for her children as they grow up.
