Actually, I think it's bullshit that the FBI stormed in and raided his belongings a month ago and charges have not been filed and they also haven't vindicated him.

I don't like the guy at all - and I think he's up to shady shit - but I do believe in due process and protection from illegal search and seizure. The FBI needs to shit or get off the pot.

The feds take a year and a half or two years on detailed investigations. They may have enough to issue a warrant at any point, but until EVERY duck is in a row, they just sit tight and keep on putting the lines and dots together. I'm no fan of the feds, but they are thorough.
