The lady was going to do that, but she's old and Kim was only about 10 minutes from her. She didn't want her sitting in the heat while they put her 'in line' to get helped. She could have been there for an hour or two waiting on them.

Thanks for posting this for me Lea... the reason I went out is because roadside said it'd be roughly 3 hours and I was literally 10-15 minutes away so i just went out there to change the damn thing myself. Hit a few snags but got them back on the road.

It was an older couple and the man has SERIOUS health issues including COPD/asthma. I wanted to get them back home as soon as humanly possible.
