Head is pounding today, have taken 2 - Aleve, 2 - Aspirin, and 2 - Ibuprofen and nothing is working. Any tips for what works for others?

I get migraines sometimes really bad from the heat. I take BC Powder and a glass of water & lay down for a hour & most of the time its gone when I wake up. Just make sure you eat or have food on your stomach. I take 4 packs & im 220lbs

Vicodin and Soma. I know soma is a muscle relaxer but it helps give the vic a little extra punch.
