Yesterday evening, it was 108*, and we actually had some odd little raincloud come by, no cloud overhead, no cooling from the rain, just a few heavy raindrops for a couple of minutes and then nothing. This drops were evaporating within seconds of hitting the concrete. The humidity jumped, and it got bad.
