I'm waiting for the DFWmustangs law and order fucktards to show up and say she had it coming because it is against the law. Nevermind the law is fucking stupid, all that matters is it breaks the law.
You people can't have it both ways - the fines she pays will help reduce our debt. The time she spends in Federal-pound-me-in-the-ass prison will serve as a deterrent to others who feel like "helping" wildlife.
It sounds more like the Wildlife person being a douche.
I remember I found some bird eggs in my yard once and fairly close was the nest. It must have fallen out of the tree I suppose. Me being the kid I was I picked up the eggs all shell shocked and headed over to my neighbors house. Well, I always went in on the side where the ac compressor was, however, this time it was locked. So I waited outside until they came to let me in and waited and waited. Well here I am with bird eggs in my hand waiting in the Florida heat and then all of a sudden the AC compressor kicked on, startled me and there I was with crushed bird eggs dripping from my hands...
Luckily it was just some crow eggs or I would have been looking at serious time.

Now I don't have to feel bad about leaving every sick/hurt/broken animal alone. "Hey honey, save that animals life, we'll be sent to jail for a year."
We have a customer where they mandate we cover holes in the electrical distribution products we sell them with cardboard. On a visitation with them earlier this year, I found out why. If a bird builds a nest in it, they can't remove the nest as it becomes a federal offense. They can't energize it because they can then potentially kill the bird and it becomes a federal offense...and also the nest may catch of fire and burn the whole building down. In short, they're screwed if a bird builds a nest...they can't power up the building until the nesting season is over.

Can we get that woodpecker to land over here in Benbrook where they are planning on building the mall half a damned mile from my house? Any other engandered species that can be convinced to move in?
