I had a customer at work tell me that she never approved repairs on her vehicle when it came time to pay the bill. I told her that I spoke with her husband and he approved the repairs. Then she said that Miguel is really her 13y/o son that gave he approval so she didnt think she had to pay the bill. I said "Iv spoken to you directly several times and said that I got approval from your husband Miguel and you didnt bother to mention that he was your son then". She didnt have any reply. I found a record of her and her husbands marriage cert when they got married in 96. Im just trying to find out any nfo so if/when she comes back in I can be more well informed.
Ill pm any of yall their info but Im not going to post their full info due to legal repercussions.

Oh and she had this jackass mechanic come in with her and try to argue with me about what would cause and a/c compressor to go bad. Then he pointed out that he had a whole 5 ase's and has been a mechanic for 5 years. I told him that's great, Im happy you have 5. I have 16 and Im master auto and master truck certified and have been a mechanic twice as long.
