You have already proven in this thread that you will pick and choose which laws to use in your favor by calling the guy guilty until proven innocent. Typical low life cop. Well from the number of people on the bus, it's 5 matching counts of witnesses sharing their experience of one single incident that took place at the exact same place and time that the beating took place.

By process of elimination and default .... and common sense, I can deduce that the person they are referring to is indeed the same homeless man that passed away. Unfortunately, based on what witnesses said on the bus surveilance tape, the involved party was busy being in a coma to give his side of the story. Apparently because his face was bashed into a curb a handful of times within the first few minutes of their altercation.

I have no doubt his initial shuffle on the ground with the cops after he ran from them included some resistance... but after a few good licks to the brain he wasn't resisting...he was fighting for his life...and they called it resistance which is why they kept on. Officers aren't supposed to give up, they're supposed to gain control over a situation and they controled this one to death.

I've already said that I would like to have video proof so these officers can be fully prosecuted, but you'd rather pick and choose whatever information you want to think I'm really trying to back them.

I'm not arguing any of this, but I am questioning the original reason for contact. Was he breaking into cars or not? Some info says he was, and that he had the fruit of the crime in his backpack.
