I don't recall that detail. I just remember the Honda facing the intersection and one of the officers put the white/purple sheet over the drivers head. It took me a while to realize he was gone. I didn't notice until later that I had cut my hand open while helping yanking on the passenger door. Surreal is the only way I could describe it.

I don't recall, because he was a juvenile at the time. I actually work with the guy that was the primary unit that day. He told me that the punk got a couple years in TYC.

Matt, it boils down to this: If cops would stop protecting the sorry pieces of shit that hide behind the badge, if they cracked down on it amongst themselves, if they spoke up against the bullshit, the perception held by the general population of police would change. I think the court has considered the totality of the circumstances and charged a few cops with second degree murder? Am I wrong? I'm sure that doesn't matter to you though, you are going to puff your chest out and tell us all how you know better.

Seems like plenty of time for us CITIZENS to take matters into our own hands.
