WTF is a reassigned title? Title is blue but seller says it reassigned. I asked if he meant salvage and he said no its reassigned. WTF?

It's probably a negotiable title. Does it have any previous information? Anytime I've heard reassigned, it's a salvage title that's been rebuit and flipped to blue.

Ahhh I see. Well he says it's a blue title. I thought a slavage title was green or something. Its a suuuuper clean Cobra.

There are several ways to get it. It IS a blue title, but it's not necessarily a non-negotiable title. It can also happen if a bonded title is taken out of state, retitled, brought back to tx, and retitled in Texas.
