I wish I was working. Got layed off a little while back and the two towns near me are tiny and dying, nobody is hireing which is why I have the property up for sale so I can get surgery and open my own shop in Dallas or Waco.

OP, will the water company not come out and inspect for a leak that large? you'd think in the interest of conservation, 31k gallons a month would be an issue to them.

Our water company is the biggest pile of corrupt ass hats around. They don't give a crap and just want money.

Our only electric provider is even worse. If you get power cut off its an additional $400 over the cost of the power bill to have power restored.

I can feel some of your pain. We grew up part our lives living in a 27ft trailer on some land with no water/sewer. We used to jerry can 30-40 gallons of water from a gas station 7-miles away every single day for years and it sucked. I never take that kind of shit for granted now. If I were closer, I'd lend a hand.

Thanks mang! I was just in the kitchen and noticed part of the rug felt damp by the washer and dryer. I had to replace the floor under them two years ago and I made it so the floor there can come up for an access point under the house.
I just tried to grab the dryer to move it out and saw stars from my hernia. With someone to help I can get the machines out and pop the floor back up. Maybe its just the lines that go out to feed the machines.
Guess we will find out tomorrow.

Just got a $350 water bill today so it seems like I will have the water fixed just in time for the water company to shut off week after next. Hopefully the car sells by then.
