They are, and business is through the roof in the aftermarket right now. Look at AZ, O'Reilly or Advanced earnings statements. However, the year runs a cycle. You hire in the Spring getting ready for the anarchy that is summer, summer passes, and as it goes into fall, if you loose someone you don't replace them. Or if they are a key player, you see if you can take someone from another store that is overstaffed and trim their payroll. I've already been getting emails about hiring freezes. Business usually drops about 12% from August to September. It starts cooling off, less stuff breaks, and people are spending money on getting their kids back in school instead of worrying about the car.

Maybe with the dealers, but not us. Don't think we've ever had any type of layoff. We just don't replace people we lose until next year.
