I like summer in the boonies. It's 5-10 degrees cooler in Stephenville than it is in Dallas. Y'all can keep that asphault heat island you've got.

I've noticed that. Every time we go to out deer lease out in coleman it's cooler than it is back home. (midlothian.)

Right now it's not too bad in the valley. I hear it's hotter in north texas though. Today the high was like 98 or some shit. But i think we have a higher UV index. I was waking to class today and i thought i felt the sun literally burning the skin off my calves.

but i enjoy the heat. I'm with the other people who would rather have 100+ than under 50 degrees. hell, i get cold when it's like 60.
