What the hell is going on in Norway?

Been watchin it online thru various news sources since it started around 11am (central time). It appears to just get worse with each report. How the fuck can a person intentionally bring together a large group of innocent teenage kids and then open fire on them all at point blank range with apparently a FULLY automatic rifle? WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!!!

This is the type of "attack" that has concerned me for years. 8-10 elementary schools hit at the same time around the country. It would hit a lot harder than 9/11 IMO. Schools have little/no security and a lone gunman or suicide bomber could take out 300-400 kids during lunch in a cafeteria.
