Possesion is 9/10ths of the law. It is now up to the bank that is the owner of record to oust him.

He basically has a bonded title to a house he found. It's up to the owner to come in and prove that they are indeed the owner and take their car back. Except in this case he has no bonding insurance.

They are spoiled because they think they should have it their way. They think that what he is doing is illegal, therefore, they call the cops to have him arrested, and are whining and bitching about something that is totally legal.

In the mean time he will live there rent free. He will probably get a generator and somehow live with not having running water. You know that place is going to stink like hell. I won't be surprised if he ends up with a high-end used BMW, 'Sclade, MB or whatever else Drive-Time or some other tote the note lot while he's squatting.
