$10 beer night is a reality in NYC!
We have 1 bar here in Bronxville (that I ran across) and it is an exact to the old Mic's Bar and Grill that was by The Hurricane off Greenville. Gonna check it out tonight I think.

I did hit up this place called Uno's.. they have 4.99 margs and decent priced food but service sucks..

The street vendors serve really bad ass food at fair prices too. Getting hungry thinking about the various food I had from them. All pretty fresh too.

Yes walking around NYC is great I went with a friend a few yrs back, he lived like 3 blocks from central park and not that far from time square spent a shit ton on rent though.

I walked everywhere and it was awesome you latterly can get anything delivered to your apt. That was sweet in a way.

But yes to live there would sux a lot

I have an apartment rented for 5 days the first week of September just two block from Time Square. Never been to that area so hope it turns out well. Looking for some good eats in that area.

I love it up there and would move there in a heart beat given the chance.

You have to do it big in NYC. Take a bunch of cash and have a good time. Ballin' aint cheap.

If you're up North, I'll never forgive you if you don't go get a pizza at Patsy's in the Bronx. It was Frank Sinatra's favorite pizza place. The thing to remember about real NY pizza is that it will be made in a COAL-FIRED OVEN. Not an electric oven, not a faggy brick oven, not a gas oven, and no other cobination of materials and fuel only Dr. Seuss could conjur. Just steel and coal (not charcoal, either. West Virginians need to have died to make NY pizza right). It'll be hard to miss once you start looking for it. If you get free enough to get over to Williamsburg (West Brooklyn against the East River), hit up Marlowe and Sons. It's a fucking amazing gastro pub.

ZOMBIE REAGAN FOR PRESIDENT 2016!!! heh
