It's spelled guey but pronounced "way". It's like stupid. So they're basically calling you a "stupid fucking white guy".

Everyone calls everyone else "guey" at work. Dudes, chicks, cooks, waitstaff, everyone there is a "stupid guy" LOL

"Hey guey", "Que paso guey", "Pinche guey", etc...

And I've always seen "guey" before, just never caught on it was pronounced like "way"

When I was having my mystic rebuilt at a body shop, I said "que paso guey" to one of the guys working there...He was like "Do you know what that means? It means like a castrated bull" but none of the guys I worked with knew what I was talking about LOL

Guey is not limited to just stupid. It can mean, asshole, fucker, dumbass, stupid, dipshit, etc it just depends on how and when it is used.

I am trying to think of an english word that is comparable but I can't.

guey comes from buey meaning castrated bull/ox

but it translates to multiple words in English, like Mike said. Depending on context like many Spanish slang does.

A good word in english that has the same meaning would be "fool"
