Hot Shot company issue

After talking to my attorney just now he informed me to pull this from a public forum for the time being. Once he says its ok to post in this public fashion I will ask it be brought back but for now I just wanted to remove it until he gives me the ok.

I will post any future updates regarding this situation in this thread FYI until I can resurrect that one. I just dont want to post anything that will hurt our chances of winning this lawsuit.
