They have great reviews and awesome customer service there
I'd be interested to see how you like it. The only negative thing I've heard about the RC kits is that they have crappy shocks.

Hopefully Ill have the lift and tires done within a month or so. Wanna do everything right this time. The last XJ was fun but it had a thrown together lift with a bunch of random brands.

As clean as this one is, I want it to be just as clean when its done.

I picked up this 2000 with 153k for 2500 bucks!

That sounds like a heck of a deal, any problems with it?

Not a single problem! It was stolen, and the only issue was the lock cylinder was broke out and they cut the vent hose to siphon the gas out of it.

Runs like a champ and is minty clean, not a dent or scratch in it!

Got about 24-27 highway on that one (4x4 4cyl 5 speed) Sold it with 238k Original everything.

Got about 10 highway with this one (4x4 35" tires 6cyl auto) sold it with 220k plus

Get about 16 city/22 highway with this one (2wd 31" tires 6 cyl auto) Has 156k on it and still running strong.

They are super cheap to get into, super cheap to fix and run forever.

                Reliable, yes. Fuel efficient, no.

Anything with 35s that will get 18mpg is fuel efficient to me!

                    LMAO @ 18mpg.

I had proper gearing and still was seeing 10-11 mpg

If you think about it it is one of the better SUVs you can buy in terms of Mpg. I think that 22mpg is very repsectable out of a less than $5k suv.

I guess you got that problem figured out ... last I heard you were seeing 8-9mpg and it was running rough.

Ok so Ive searched everywhere and done everything known to man BUT solve my problem with this. Basically I bought it Jeep and it was running rough...would blow some black smoke when heavy in the throttle. Threw a p0171 - System Too Lean Replaced the first o2 sensor and that code went away...

Dont recall where I saw anything about MPG. Might be wrong about that .... I know if was running like shit though.

You see the date? Thats when I first bought it, and it ran like complete crap!

Ended up needing new o2 sensors and a regular tune up.

And now my 2000 model XJ gets 22-23 on paper.

                                Again, Nice try
