We had a neighbor on our street that was an A/C guy. Everybody used him on the street. He charged but not much. Usually $75 to fix whatever needed fix and to top off the system.

Definitely a great neighbor to have, I've got quite a few good nieghbors around me as well. It's a nice thing to have

Neighbors that own small businesses seem to be the best. When I was growing up all but one of our immediate neighbors was a small business owner.

I wish my neighbor was an A/C tech. Got a retired old coot on one side who likes to mow the grass at 5:30am. The dude on the other side is a stay at home dad who likes to try to save my soul by talking to me about god. Both of them peak through the fence when I screw my gal by the pool.

It pays to at least have one good neighbor. I leave my garage door open all the damn time when I leave my house. I then receive a text saying " I closed you garage door for you"

Yeah, people complain more about their neighbors but really dont do much to BE that good neighbor. Takes one to be one. Getting out and taking walks with the family we have met a lot of ours. Not easy though if you are spread out though.
