And that's why you don't use WEP encryption on your home WiFi network. It is a very poor standard for wireless security. As idiots like that guy will exploit it with readily available freeware.

Annoying, certainly. Went way way way too far, yeah. 18 years in prison bad? Fuck no.
Agreed. He probably would end up serving less time if he murdered someone.

I saw this article on yahoo this morning. the best part of the whole story was that the journalist put in that final question about "is 18 years a bit exessive?" the comments were pretty good.

              I don't think it's excessive:

The guy tried to frame TWO families, we still don't know how bad the first one got it

He had access to kiddie porn And kissed a kid that wasnt his on the lips.

              He distributed said porn

He made death threats to the vice president

He tried to give someone innocent a jail term that he is now sittin out.

And I can totally see a few of the dumb asses on this site doing something like that. All of the people that take things way too far and way too personal.

                No link?

This guy was trying to frame his neighbor! What would have happened to the neighbor if he was convicted of distribution of child-porn. Death threats, etc? No, 18 years is not excessive.

There's a difference between finding public information on the internet that anyone can find and sending death threats and kiddie porn in order to frame someone.

                      Thanks.

Who asked the overkill question? Was it in the original story? The Yahoo! article doesn't ask the question, yet people are responding to it.

And the comments there reflect those here.

Damn. it was removed but the journalist who wrote the article ended it by asking if it was to exessive. He probably caught a bunch of crap over it.

                          You're right.

Found some comments where the people were asking why a journalist would ask the question. The follows were classic...liberals, not journalists anymore, etc.

Or pilfering through peoples pictures, Records, etc? It's only a matter of time and has already gone past harassment enough times.

It's all public info, you just have to know where to find it.
                              How is that harassment?
