as a kid, i would spend my summers with my grandparents in yazoo mississippi.
in an old plantation house, just thinking of some of the shit i saw scares the shit outta me,

also what about white rock lake?
friend was telling me that, long time ago guy and his buddy were night fishing. when they saw this girl setting on the bench soaking wet and trembling. they thought she fall in the water, so one of the guys wraps his jacket around her and they give her a ride home,

next morning the guy that drove her home, went back to the house to get his jacket back.
an old guy answers the door asks what can i do for you, the the guy said that he just wanted to check up on the girl see if she was ok. the old guy was like what are you talking about? we gave ur daughter a ride here last night... old guy said his daughter has been dead for long time.

they go the cemetery and find her head stone. with his jacket on top of it,

    i think that's how it go's

It was empty for as long as I can remember, but you would see rings of candles in the upstairs bedrooms. There was a street light at the street(about 50 yards) that every time someone would walk or drive by the light would go out and the wind would pick up. A friend and I went into it one day just to check it out and we seen all kinds of fucking crazy shit. We seen someone at the bottom of the stairs with a pair of scissors in their head, chairs and plates would move around in the kitchen. It was pretty funny my friend opened up the door to the attic and a buzzard flew out. He started screaming ran thru the front door got up and ran straight to the game fence hit it and started trying to climb it. but very spooky it is on East 3rd street springtown tx 76082 it has since been remodeled and 8 people have been in the hospital since the remodel started

...we have to make a trip out there to see if anything like this still remains.. scissors in head??WTF!!!!

Old post but thats crazy your dad owns that. I have been passing by there for 20 years. My parents live on lake whitney and I take 174 to their house. When I was in highschool (98-01) we used to stop off there and try to get new people to go in, on our way to my parents place...

How long has your pops owned it? It was scary as shit back then.

Myrtles Plantation in LA might be worth the extra miles. I have always wanted to go. I have watched Ghost Hunters since it came out and am curious but skeptical to say the least. I laugh every time they say "Did you hear that"!
To totally believe I think I would need to have a personal experience but I think the arguments are about 50/50 and I think its a fun topic.
Chloe - the "famous" ghost picture. Aside from the photo there are tons of interesting stories about this place.

                The Plantation itself

I am all into Amityville... even debunked somewhat, this is still a creepy picture! However, the family portraits or even scarier!

Something was lost when it went from photo to painting imo... something with the eyes that is unsettling especially when you know what happened to them.

I saw that. The portraits and the first pic I asked about is what I don't get.

In the pic is the "shadow" (?) of a woman between the 2 buildings that was not there according to the photographer. She is supposed to be the ghost of a slave who was killed.
