            Yall are ridiculous.

My pops bought it, and was going to make it a retirement home (specifically, assisted living). The city fought him like a son of a bitch. Come to find out, a church was trying to open up their own assisted living. My dad couldnt get any permits, or anything approved by the city of Cleburne... That is until the other retirement complex was completed, and he changed his plans. Then, it was easy as hell to get anything he wanted. The bottom two floors are re-done, as well as the outside of the building (obviously).
Its for lease for office space, but since the economy is shit, its not getting too much action. There is a couple looking at it right for use as a private school. Maybe, since there is so much natural gas business EXPLODING in that area, something might fall into his lap.

Well u can tell ur pops that place is freaking scary as crap at 1:30 in the morning with only a flashlight to see. We did see a couple of weird things but I can't say they were attributed to anything paranormal.

Well, he would reply with a big FUCK YOU. He got major shit from the city about that. There were always kids in there, and there were always cops running the kids off. The city wanted the building torn down because of that, supposedly.

this picture was taken out in Mineola TX with my buddy's game camera set out for hogs... if you look on the right hand side you can see a little boy. this shit scared the fuck out of us because we usually go hog hunting and stay the night out on our trucks.

we have researched some old news papers and supposedly a kid drowned in that pound in the 50's he was only about 10....still pretty creepy
