I'm out that way all the time. I really need to stop back in at Stan's, too. That bleu cheese burger was awesome. Not a huge fan of mushrooms, though. I like the flavor, but don't like the texture of canned or fresh.

I occasionally want a flame broiled burger, something the rest don't offer. And BTW, if you like flame broiled, hit up Dunston's (the burger joint, not the steakhouse) on Harry Hines.

Wendy's is disgusting. It's probably the only place I can think of that is more loaded with salt in their bugers than Snuffers and thats ridiculous!

that seems to be the case at all fast food places, these days. i can't eat tots/fries from any of them because of the ridiculously high amount of salt.

Yes, it is. Was the best spicy chicken sammich around until Chik Fil A came out with theirs. I haven't had the CFA one yet, but I hear they are tasty.

Dunston's is, they use a really cool old open flame pit. I don't deal withe BK at all, and have never been in one of their kitchens. If I had to guess, I would assume they are "flame broiled" at the meat packer, and then BK uses a griddle at the store to warm them up.

chik fil a is one of those places that i went to a bunch when i was a teenager...after several years of not going, i ate there, and apparently my expectations were way too high. it seems bland and completely different...maybe my tastes have changed, but the quality and everything seems to be significantly worse. truthfully, i'm so damned burned out on fast food, that i can't even stand to drive by mcdonald's with my windows down! lol
