I'm not too sure. I went to the Wendys off 635 & Midway in Farmers Branch Friday and the value menu was no more..... Only thing $0.99 was a Jr. Frosty.


I went again today at another location (Dallas Tollway & Spring Valley) same results.

The usual $0.99 cent Texas Double cost me $1.40.
