Suicidal Armadillos

They are easy to catch. Take a rock, walk around until you get in front of them, get 8 ft away or so. Throw the rock directly behind them and they'll run right to you. Grab the shell or tail. They do have claws and can dig pretty fast.

The tie a string with cans or bottles onto their tail and let them go in town. The will run forever.
