It would be interesting to see if it shows up on the news. But of course, we will never know the true reason for the outage.

More like cyber terrorism the day before a holiday. The timeing is really interesting too.

Can you imagine all the interest lost, all the upset companies and countries if the money didn't move until Friday?

I was going with the less "tinfoil" theory, but ya, that too. Thanks for not making me be the crazy one in a thread for once.

Eh, you have to at least consider the possibility. We should always be on the lookout or suspect things like this as something more than what it is at face value.

A few of our fundings went out late, I did not hear of everything being shut down. This happens often before holidays and long weekends, nothing to freak out about.

Not for the last 4 years I have been here. I know things can lag due to the volume, but never heard of it being stopped all the way.

It's not uncommon. It last happened October 15th of this year.

Yea, I found that out after posting that. Still seems fishy.

If there are any bank employees that read there, Help me.
I just closed my Wells Fargo accounts, because the teller wouldnt cash my check.

I have an bank in fort worth "First Command" But I travel across Texas often, and need to cash checks. So I open a Wells Fargo account. The only reason to have this account, is to cash check. I stick the minimum of $75 in.
I walk in to to cash a check, from my first command account ($850.00) and the teller refuses. She said since my address wasnt on the check, I couldnt cash it. Well, I just left the army, and had about 6 different address's in 6 years, would it make since to order new checks every year, when I write about 5 a year?
A teller, in the SAME wells fargo location, cashed an $850 check for me in oct.

I ask to see a manager, and close my shit.

Will another bank give me shit since there is no address on my checks?

Then you should pay more attention because it has happened before.

Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

You should have told her and the manager that you honor the flag and they crap on it when they won't cash your checks. Tell them they must hate Troops and Soldiers.
