Futile?
Sure you can debate your speed. Maybe they'll honor you and knock it down 2mph. Your still screwed. That's not a debate I'd try to fight. Or you can debate your motive for speeding in the first place. But again, total failure.
And I drive a vette with HUD...you always know what your going...
I want to prosecute this case!2004 Z06 Commemorative Ed.

Face it, you cannot sit there and say yea, I was speeding, but so was the cop that was trying to catch me! lol. Gimme a break. It doesn't matter what speed he used to catch up to you. He made the discretion to use whatever speed he felt necessary considering the factors. And that is a right he has as a law enforcement officer.
Whats next? You going to bitch cause an officer ran a red light while responding to a call? lolz
I have 10 years of road course track experience and could drive circles around 99.9% of the cops on the road, so I'm not worried about the semantics of who can drive better and who has better equipment. I'm driving a 2010 C6 with 3000 miles. I'm sure my car is about to fall apart.Ford

Are you going to answer the question, why are adamant about it not going on your record? Is the 50 other speeding violations you already have on there? That'll look great in discovery.
How the hell was your wife stuck in the backyard? Isn't there a, oh I don't know, a gate to the backyard?

The year and mileage of your car is as irrelevant as is the fact that I am drinking a can of dr. pepper right now. shit happens on cars whether they are fresh of the lot(lemon cars) or 20 yrs old. you can not predict when or where your car will decide to malfunction.sigpic

LMFAO. Dude, YOU sir, are the jackass. Best of luck in your case lol. I love watching my tax $ get pissed away due to your negligence.
