The Lewisville court has arbitraily determined that anything over 85mph would not be allowed probation. However, a lady TWO PEOPLE before me in court got clocked at 86mph and the judge let her slide if she paid max fine and took defensive driving. I listened to her and the judge talk about it. So, I walk up and was accused of going 11mph faster than this lady before me and the judge had zero compassion on me.
I was in a car that can go 205mph bone stock and somehow my 97mph was just too crazy and too dangerous to get offered probation and/or defensive driving because it was 11mph more than the lady before me who was probably driving a 1995 Hyundai Excel. Screw that. That is complete BS and that is one reason I am going to fight this ticket.Last edited by quikag; 07-06-2011, 12:36 PM.Ford

If the judge said anything more than 85mph he wouldn't do probation and a girl right in front of me was clocked at 86mph, he let her slide with max fine and defensive driving, but decided he wouldn't do that for me because I was going 11mph faster? Yeah, great discretion.Ford

Try getting a speeding ticket with a CDL. I bet you'd shit a farm animal at all the laughs you get after asking for "deferred dispostion"
