I am in no way an attorney, just offering my professional opinon and for you to STOP BREAKING THE LAW ASSHOLE!!

Look, I told the judge I would pay however many dollars and have 180 days probation or whatever, I just NEED IT TO STAY OFF MY RECORD and his response was, "Sorry, not going to do it for 27 over."
The judge had discretion and he decided not to use it when I had an extenuating circumstance. That is my definition of an uncompassionate person and I have no choice but to fight it. Again, I don't know I was doing 27 over, so I will let them prove it and I need a good attorney to force them to do so.Last edited by quikag; 07-06-2011, 12:35 PM.Ford

But 27mph over the limit? Come on.
IS IT SAFER FOR THE PUBLIC TO HAVE A CROWN VIC WEAVING THROUGH TRAFFIC IN PURSUIT @ 120 IN A 70, OR A CORVETTE GOING 97 IN A 70?
I'm not saying the officer should have shown some compassion (we all know that shit is not happening), the judge should have.

if you dont need something to go on your record then dont put yourself in a position to where that might happen. and the judge is an asshole because he did use discretion and decided to not let you off because of your gross negligence on the road?sigpic

Officers are trained in high speed situations and the crown vic was built for it and has the tires for it. So I would say the crown vic going 120 for 1 miles vs. the vette going 97 for many miles. People generally get out of the way of the police vehicles, not the case for the vette. Also why would a judge show compassion? They hear more excuses then officers do!
