Texas doesn't use food stamps or vouchers anymore, instead they give people a WIC (called Lone Star in Texas) card. It's free money for food for people that live off of the government's tit. In the old days they actually used food stamps and usually went through special lanes, now they hold up everyone else and usually blame the cashier when it doesn't work.

I've heard plenty of people on this forum bitch about those cards. Me, personally I've never been in line where someone has used food stamps(Lone Star Card) I'm sure I'll eventually make a thread on it though when it happens.
