Hip Surgery sucks ass. I've never seen my wife in so much pain before. Just getting up and going to the bath room takes everything out of her for at least an hour.

Any type of surgery like that just flat out fucking sucks! Just be there for her and she'll recover in no time.

Yeah any surgery sucks. To have it involve our hips or below totally screws your mobility up.

I am about to go through this too. My wife is about to have ACL surgery. She complete tore it. The combination of her being down and a 18 month old is going to be killer.

Yeah she has had two knee surgeries and this is her second and hopefully last hip surgery. The first one was microscopic and didn't do crap for her. This one they totally opened her up cut the ball of her hip in half and pulled her hip out of socket to do some work in the socket. They put everything back together along with 2 screws to hold the ball of her hip together.

My grandmother had a second hip replacement last October. She was discharged from the hospital a week later and was moving around ok with a walker two weeks after the operation. Your wife will heal up in no time.

haha me too. I tore my first in high school and ten years later i tore my second. My dad has had both of his and my brother has had one of his. fucking knees

if you don't have a surgeon picked out i would recommend Dr. Keith Meister out of the hospital in central arlington. My rehab has gone a lot smoother than my first.

She has a doc. It is through workers comp, so it has been a battle just getting someone she likes.
