My niece got renters insurance through Allstate about 2 weeks ago, and it was around $100 for the whole year.

Get the quote from the other company and then if State Farm is higher make them match it. When I first quoted Auot Insurance with State Farm they were over 2x higher then geico. I was persistant and eventually got them cheaper then Geico and with much better coverage.

I got it for $20.33 a month.
