Buddy of mine was coming home with a freshly filled propane tank sitting in the front seat and he started hearing a hissing sound... that kept getting louder and louder. He stopped and yanked the propane tank out of the car right before the seam in the tank split fully open...
That would have been fun if it had split in the car.

Where are the pics of that guy's car that exploded when he went to bed with the nitrous bottle heater on? If I remember right the dude left the heater on and the pop off valve didn't work.
