Anyone have a 4 stroke gas trimmer?

I got 11 years out of this Ryobi so it served well to be a cheaper model, but I am tired of dealing with the 2 stroke mix with the new ethanol gas. I am looking at 4 stroke and wondered if anyone had any experience with them? All depends too if i can find one on my budget.

I have a Stihl. Still have to mix oil in the gas though

I have a standard Craftsman one - going on 10 years or so, small yard though. No problems to speak of. Just fill it up and go, keep an eye on the oil. They are heavier, but oh well.

hmmm. so it has a crankcase like a 4 stroke, but you have use premix?

Is it labelled as a four stroke or a two stroke?

I didn't like the 4 stroke models because you can't flip them to edge. I've been using a straight shaft echo and have no complaints.
