registration/inspection question

would it be a red flag when pulled over if my registration is from a non-smog county and the inspection is from a county that does smog cars.

IIRC you can only get a inspection from the county your car is registered in. And to answer your question, most of the time the lawdogs dont care WHERE its registered as long as its registered/inspected. I used to go to Grayson county to get my Cobra inspected, there was an old man that would inspect it at a old gas station, no questions asked as long as you shot the shit with him for about an hour.

That's the last thing an officer is looking at. As long as it is not expired, that's all that matters 99.9999% of the time. I'm not going to say it could never happen, but I've never in 20 years even thought about checking that.
