Diminished value insurance claim

All I can tell you is diminished value claims take fucking forever. I filed mine over a month ago from when my wife was hit and we still haven't heard back from them.

I tried to get one done on our Armada since someone plowed into me a month after we got it. That was 5 1/2 years ago. Never went anywhere.

yes but i'd consider it a bit different from a limited production car to a mass produced vehicle. ill go after it and see. I appreciate all the advice though.

Oh, I completely agree. I wasn't trying to discourage you-just know it's going to be a PITA and you need to keep on them. They won't be jumping to help. lol

Yah i know they aren't going to give it away. I'm suprised it's going as well as it is. Since it was in a private parking lot with no police report. I mean they already booked me a rental car and everything. After the estimate I got they're going to send out a adjuster. Good luck finding used or non oem parts for my car. HAHA
