I guess I am out of touch on how much custom cakes cost. Do you do wedding cakes to? I know those are expensive.

That's fine. My broken Texican needs improvement anyways.

Let's just say you could make a killing if you opened up a William's Chicken on Elm and Lamar.

He is getting an early start on his ebonics training.

I work across the street from El Centro, let me know if you want to go eat lunch or something.

Dude, you have no idea. I walk right past the mcdonalds, the Dart station and the Rosa Parks park everyday. It is a beating some days.

I wonder if I could get away with selling "special" baked goods if you know what I mean.

I'd have a whole bunch of traffic but everyone would just think I'm making caking at home.

I'm glad to see this passed. Its a bit of a double edged sword for me, as I've been trying to get my own shop opened up for the past 2 or 3 months, looking at a lot of property and working with the Health Department. I've taken the hard road, renting kitchen space, and such to make sure that my cakes were covered under the current system. Now every tom jane and sally that has taken the wilton cake course and thinks they are now a professional cake decorator can sell their cakes to the lowest bidder.
