There is nothing we can do to fix the problem. the cops keep making the punishment more and more harsh and that doesn’t stop it. new cars keep coming out with more and more HP and more of a race car look. so it looks like this is never going to change. just sit back and enjoy the ride.

on a side note I think parents getting their kids new/ performance cars for their first car is retarded. use to be a honda civic was just a car now with a little money it’s a fucking rocket and able to do 150+. my first car was a boat and yea I got in a few small wrecks and did some stupid shit in it but my boat would have ripped through a honda like paper. Why would you buy/give a teen a mustang or vet or something like that. Give them a beater that it’s not going to matter if they wreck it cause more than likely they will.

Exactly.... I had a semi- fast car in HS (compared to the rest of the lot it was the fastest). My dad qucikly noticed my itch for racing/ going fast and immediately got me to the track and involved with a high school bracket racing series that I raced in 3 Friday's a month.

This is a damn great idea. Wish more parents would do things like this. Raising the age isn't going to help. Things like this will keep happening. Like said above good parenting is where it counts.
