Anywere local to buy Elbrus Wheels?

Anyone have a clue where I can buy Elbrus wheels locally? Looking to replace the wheels/tires on the woman's Mini Cooper. TireRack has them but they want $60 shipping. Hoping to avoid that.

With a set of tires Im lookin at; Grand Total: $1,117.26...guess thats not terrible with mount/balance/new tpms. Going to have to check SSMAN's place in Burleson for tires/tpms
