It's not favoritism by any means. I would lock that thread for any other member whos livelihood was put to risk, unecesarily.

Tell that to papapepper. His was even BROUGHT BACK after he deleted it. If you're going to lock threads for stuff like that, be fair and do it for everyone or noone.

You have to admit that you had a knee jerk because of the profession involved, which I appreciate. LEO tend to be looked upon more heavily than other professions.

The only thing that houstondallas did though, was get an estimate on repair work, and decide to go elsewhere.

I like the fact you can get away with that here. On stangnet the mods would have banned every thread starter and prolly banned half the people in the original thread. LOL
