Speeding ticket question

got a ticket and i was wondering what some of the things he filled out meant
it has FMMVFR checked
Laser is checked (which i understand)
then it has 707 next to ft. (Is that how far away he shot me?)

what gets me is my valentine never even went off

With laser it doesn't matter your super over priced valentine nerver went off. It's laser point shoot and ur busted in a 1/2 sec

Not sure why this would matter but it does not sound like it is insurance related. When I first read it I was under the impression you don't pay your bills ie your car payment. Who knows, I may be wrong.
