  • Westboro picketing in NE Texas 6/18-6/20

Per their most recent newsletter, the hate mongers are planning to picket CWO Gaudet's homecoming and funeral in Gladewater, TX. The family has asked the patriot guard for their help, and they have set an itinerary starting with his escort from Dallas Love Field on Saturday 6/18, to his visitation on Sunday 6/19, and his funeral on Sunday 6/20.

This is the final itinerary for the Patriot Guard Mission to honor Chief Warrant Officer Bradley Gaudet, 31 of Gladewater, TX. His family has requested that the Patriot Guard Riders be present at his Services. The mission is a 'go' and all contacts have been made.
PART 1: AIRPORT ARRIVAL, LOVE FIELD, SAT. 3:20 PM

Congressman Louie Gohmert will be escorting CWO Gaudet from New York to Dallas Love Field. Scheduled arrival is 3:20 PM. The Patriot Guard Riders have been asked to assist with motorcade to pick him up. North Texas PGR will assist us with Honors for his arrival and motorcade home.

Staging Site and Time: Sat., 06/18, 11:30 AM at Croley Funeral Home, 401 N Center Street, Gladewater, TX. Motorcade will leave funeral home at 12:30.

All new members are requested to sign a PGR Release of Liability prior to the riders' safety meeting 12:15. We will not fly big flags.

Please remain flexible as to the requirements of the mission (SEMPER GUMBY). Mike will brief on fuel stops there and back.

Please watch the forum for updates on where some of us will stage to assist with motorcade on the route along highway 80.

Please help us get the word out that we will be traveling Hwy 80 from Terrell to Gladewater. I believe the citizens of those communities would want to know so they can line the road with flags to Honor Bradley and his family.

Gladewater may be the wrong place for our buddies from Kansas to show up and act a fool.

That's exactly what we were just talking about.

        We'll be there, somewhere.

For anyone questioning themselves, just come make it. I will around with an ice chest and a with a cooler of water, I'll be easy to see as a fat boy in a postal jeep.

I will really stand out, so I dont want to be in the procession nor in tail of it.

Anyone know where the fat observers should go observe?

Fat people block more view, you should be in the middle of the fray holding a flag.

I really don't get these Westboro kooks, are people really this mindless?

Having lost a cousin in IRAQ and having the "Patriot Riders" do his funeral was such a honor to my family and it ment alot to us having them there honoring his sacrifice to his country, it ment so much that now my uncle has joined up with the "Patriot Riders" to honor his son and his son's fellow soldiers. I know what this family is going though and i could only imagine what added stress and pain this will become to the family knowing that these people will be down there to protest there son.

I will see what i can do to make it down there and help the patriot riders. But more than likely these cowards will not show and i'll pray that they don't for the family.

It is fine with me if they don't show. We will still be a large crowd paying our respects.
