do like i do,i leave my keys in the truck 24/7...
mothers prolly roll up and say fuck that shit, its a bait car HOLMES or DOG,which ever.
sorry your shit got jacked but note to you and your GF never put a after market head unit in a car PERIOD
Prolly hooked it w/ a wheel lift wrecker like repo's are done. My friend had that happen w/ his 07 Chevy 1/2 ton. He caught them in his wife's Cobalt and they dropped it @ 40mph.
When my Mustang got totaled out. I had a lot of $$ in Weld wheels and M/T rubber that the insurance company deemed personal preference. That and I never added it to my policy. In fact, $7,500 in mods went down the tube in a split second. I got book value + a marginal mileage credit. That's it. Only thing good about the whole thing is I went through the responsible party's insurance. Therefore, they paid for my rental car during the claim process and I paid no deductible. Don't expect to get anything back other than fair market value, which won't be much on a high mile 9 y/o Tahoe.
They just recovered it! All we know is the steering column is busted. The found it in Dallas at 2200 Block Wisconsin St in Dallas, The kicker is the truck is still sitting on its rims.
Now we have to go downtown tomorrow at 10 am and pay $150 Tow Fee and what ever the pound fee is. My only question is the truck drivable with a busted steering column

Seb's high class.
He'll mow your grass.
He'll kick your ass.
And while his kidney stones pass,
He'll piss in a glass!
Is it even worth buying "the club" anymore? I mean sure they can get pass such anti-theft devices but I would think it would slow them down or deter them from stealing the vehicle.
When I was in Arizona this year for the barret-jackson auction I noticed allot of cars up there had these clubs plus the pedal locks. We saw a Ferrari up there that had a club, two pedal locks, and a badass motion sensor alarm in a Wal-Mart parking lot! Lol…

I'm 100% surprised they found it so quickly. Did they catch someone in it? Was a traffic stop initiated on it?
Glad it's been recovered. 90% of the time you should be able to drive it home with a busted column. take booster cables cause alot of times they will leave the ign on. dont know why.

lol, the kicker to me is that YOU have to pay 150 dollar towing fee. I get it, that it's to save money for the tax payers but man the "victims" of even simple crimes like this really get it in the ass.
