  • Need Advice for Full Coverage Insurance Without a Job

We are starting over in Colorado and no jobs till we get there. My wife wants to get full coverage with what little money we have in our pockets. She is considering Blue Cross/BS $600 a month and/or United Health Care(LARGE DEDUCTIBLES) $387 a month. I was wondering if anyone had opinions on other health care providers. Are there other options/routes we can go till we get our feet on the ground up there. Thanks again for any and all help in advance.

editing to add we have a 3 year old too.

We hae united through my wife's work and it seems to be pretty good. Low deductables and good coverage.

Did you explore COBRA utilizing some savings from your prior employer(s)?

Blue Cross was inferior when I had it 10 years ago or so. I was going to go with United this year but it was no longer an option at work
