Isn't the human egg considered a single cell? And if the human egg is a single cell, which after fertilization, divides into many cells and eventually makes a person. Isn't this, in itself a form of evolution? And just as in religion, it requires an outside source to make it happen.

That's cell meiosis you're thinking of. While a part of evolution, the process of meiosis is not evolution itself.
