is it just pain or twitching? I had something occur once and it lasted for 2 weeks. My left butt cheek was in a constant state of spasms and twitching uncontrollable. It was really getting to hurt because the muscle was constantly being worked. It started causing back pains and trouble walking. It eventually left on its own. Now I sit leaning to the right since it just built up that one muscle really big.
